We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR and German data protection law. This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising and does not embed tracking services.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical information transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data is technically required to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Contact and quote requests

When you contact us by email or via the request form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, phone number if given, and the details of your request such as vehicle, pickup and destination) in order to handle your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your request). Your data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Disclosure of data

Your data is only shared with third parties where necessary to perform the contract (e.g. the driver assigned to your transfer), where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). An informal email to contact@roadarc.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for Bavaria this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
