How it works

Transparent from request to handover.

A vehicle transfer is a matter of trust. That's why with us you know what's happening at every step – from first contact to documented delivery.

  1. Send your request

Use the request form or email us the key facts: vehicle type, pickup location, destination and preferred date. It takes less than two minutes.

  2. Receive a fixed-price quote

We assess route and effort and promptly get back to you with a transparent fixed-price quote – no hidden costs, no obligation.

  3. Confirm the schedule

Once you accept, we coordinate pickup and delivery dates with everyone involved – dealership, factory, workshop or private address.

  4. Pickup with handover protocol

Our driver takes over the vehicle on time and records its condition in a handover protocol with photos – mileage, fuel level, visible marks.

  5. Driven transfer

Your vehicle is driven by an experienced, vetted driver – insured, anticipatory and gentle. On request we keep you posted on progress.

  6. Delivery & completion

At the destination we hand over the vehicle at the agreed time – again with a protocol. You receive all documents for your records.

FAQ

Good to know

What does a vehicle transfer cost?
The price depends on route, vehicle type and timeframe. You always receive an individual fixed-price quote – free of obligation and without hidden costs. Just send us your details via the request form.
Is my vehicle insured during the transfer?
Yes. Transfers are insured and our drivers are carefully selected and vetted. Condition and handovers are fully documented – so in the unlikely event of an issue, everything is on record.
Does my vehicle need to be registered?
For a driven transfer the vehicle must be roadworthy and allowed on public roads. If your vehicle isn't registered, talk to us – depending on the case a solution may be possible, e.g. via temporary or transfer plates.
Who pays for the fuel?
We settle this transparently in the quote: as a rule, fuel for the transfer route is included in the fixed price, so there are no surprises.
How much lead time does a transfer need?
The more lead time, the better we can guarantee dates – a few working days are ideal. Short-notice and urgent transfers are often possible though: just ask and we'll tell you right away what's feasible.
Do you transfer across European borders?
Yes, we operate all over Europe – new-car collection in Italy, a motorhome to Spain or a truck to Poland. We handle border formalities and route planning.
Can the driver hand my vehicle to a third party?
Of course. Whether buyer, workshop, dealership or a family member – we hand over to the person you name and document it in the protocol.
